What may be covered
Exams and checkups, Professional cleanings, X-rays, Fillings, Root canal treatment, Extractions, Dentures and partial dentures, Gum therapy and deep cleanings, Emergency dental care.
Who may qualify
if the following apply:
- You do not have access to private dental insurance
- You and your spouse or common-law partner have filed your tax return in Canada
- Your adjusted family net income is under the program limit
- You are a Canadian resident for tax purposes

100%
Coverage is based on adjusted family net income and the CDCP fee schedule
60%
Up to 100% of eligible oral health care services at CDCP established fees.
40%
Up to 60% coverage of eligible services. Co-payment may apply.
Up to 40% coverage of eligible services. Higher co-payment may apply.
Some services may require preauthorization, frequency limits, or a patient portion not paid by the plan.

Applications are completed through the Government of Canada. Once your coverage is active, our team can help you reserve an appointment and review your treatment options.
